Wasabi Tuna Salad

Introduction
This recipe is from Ina Garten and is SO great. I would add a little sesame oil next time.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked tuna steak
- ½ Tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ tsp. sesame oil (haven't tried this yet)
- salt and pepper
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 5 dashes hot sauce
- 1 to 2 tsp. wasabi powder (to taste)
- 1 chopped scallion
- ⅛ cup diced red onion
- sesame seeds
- 1 ripe avocado
Steps
- Mix together olive oil, lime juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, hot sauce, wasabi, salt and pepper to taste. Add red onion to marinate.
- Chope avocado into large chunks and toss gently with vinaigrette. Add Scallions and cubed tuna. Stir and season to taste.
- Serve over salad (good with arugula), or on a sub roll.
