Creamy Japanese Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup chopped carrots
  2. ½ cup chopped celery
  3. ½ cup chopped onions
  4. 1½ baked Japanese sweet potatoes, skins removed
  5. 2 cups broth
  6. 1 cup cashew milk

  8. ¼ to ½ tsp. Herbamare, to your taste

Steps

  1. Saute in soup pot (I use my medium sized Le Creuset *):
  2. ½ cup chopped carrots
  3. ½ cup chopped celery
  4. ½ cup chopped onions
  5. Add:
  6. 1.5 baked Japanese sweet potatoes, skins removed
  7. 2 cups broth
  8. 1 cup cashew milk

  11. Puree.
