Healthy Peanut Sauce & Tofu Marinade.

Ingredients

  1. * ¼ cup peanut flour (or PB2) (TRADER JOES!)
  2. * 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  3. * 1 tbsp sesame oil
  4. * 2 tbsp liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
  5. * 3 tbsp water

Steps

  1. Dump all four ingredients, plus water, into a bowl and whisk to combines!
  2. Now what to use it for? Honestly the possibilities are endless…
  3. * tossed with udon noodles
  4. * poured over an Asian stir-fry
  5. * salad dressing
  6. * dipping sauce for veggies
  7. * or TOFU MARINADE!
