Chocolate Pumpkin Pudding

Introduction
This nearly fat free, and sugar free pudding is smoooooth, creamy, and delicious! Ever have a chocolate moment, where you CRAVE it and nothing can feed that craving? Here is a healthy way to feed that craving with a chocolate snack that hits the spot every time! AND you get some veggies in too! Ahh…bliss:) You can barely taste the pumpkin!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree (Make your own!)
- ¼ to ½ cup unsweetened cocao powder (more cocoa for a darker chocolate pudding)
- 10 to 20 drops sunnydew stevia (depends on taste)
- pinch sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. dairy free milk of your choice (almond, rice, coconut)
Steps
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon until completely combined. Place in fridge and eat chilled or put in freezer for 30-60 min. I love it really cold almost frozen, its delish! I got the husband stamp of approval too, thats a big deal! haha
