Soy glazed bok choy

Introduction
These proportions are just recommendations. I can't remember the real amounts I used- I just made it to taste.
Ingredients
- 6 baby bok choy
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated ginger
- 2 cloved minced garlic
- ½ tsp. chili garlic paste
- sugar to taste
Steps
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Trim ends off the bok choy and cut them in half. Place them in steamer basket and drizzle with about a quarter of the dressing. Steam for 5 minutes, or until tender. When done, toss with the rest of the dressing and serve.
