"Spicy Doritos" Cheezy Dip

  1. ⅓ cup Sunflower Seeds
  2. ½ cup Hemp Seeds (if you don't have these, use Cashews, all Sunflower Seeds, or try Sesame Seeds. Mix & Match your seeds as necessary)
  3. ¼ cup Nooch (nutritional yeast)
  4. ½ of a Red Pepper
  5. 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  6. ½ Tbsp. Salt (or to taste)
  7. ½ Tbsp. Chili Powder (add more to taste if desired)
  8. ⅛ Tbsp. Cayenne (add more to taste if desired)


  1. Combine All Ingredients and Blend until Smooth
  2. Use it as a dip, or as a pasta sauce (over zucchini spirals)
