White Bean Hummus

  1. 1 can white kidney beans
  2. 1 lemon’s worth of lemon juice
  3. 3 Tbsp. tahini
  4. 2 cloves of garlic
  5. 1 tsp. sesame oil
  6. water until desired consistency is reached


  1. I throw all of the ingredients (except the water) into my food processor and whiz away! Add the water to reach your desired consistency. Serve this with crackers or veggies. Our favourite GF crackers are Mary’s Gone Crackers (as a former English geek teacher I love the play on words).
