Ingredients

  1. 4 medium sized beets, scrubbed, cooked and cubed (learn how to roast beets)
  2. ¼ cup raw tahini paste
  3. ¼ cup lemon juice
  4. 1 small clove garlic, pressed
  5. ¼ tsp. celtic sea salt

Steps

  1. 1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth
  2. 2. Serve with crackers (Elise suggests topping with goat cheese)
