Swedish Punsch

Introduction
This punsch recipe is based on that of bartender Max Toste. Make this mixer ahead of time for concocting the Gallagher cocktail.
Ingredients
- 9 oz. lapsang souchong syrup (equal parts lapsang souchang tea and sugar)
- 6 oz. Batavia Arrack
- 3 oz. lemon juice
- ΒΌ tsp. grated nutmeg
- Seeds from 10 cardamom pods, ground
Steps
- Let steep overnight and then strain into a bottle.
Note
This recipe can be halved.
