Sleepy Hollow Fizz

Ingredients
- 1½ oz. aged rum
- ½ oz. overproof dark rum
- ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. canned pure pumpkin purée
- 1 large egg yolk
- Soda water
Steps
- Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice. Add ice cubes, shake, and strain into a fizz or old-fashioned glass. Top with a splash of seltzer water.
