Sleepy Hollow Fizz

Ingredients

  1. 1½ oz. aged rum
  2. ½ oz. overproof dark rum
  3. ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  4. ½ oz. maple syrup
  5. 1 tsp. canned pure pumpkin purée
  6. 1 large egg yolk
  7. Soda water

Steps

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice. Add ice cubes, shake, and strain into a fizz or old-fashioned glass. Top with a splash of seltzer water.
