Ina Garten's turkey meatloaf

(post, Kim Carlson)

Recently, I made the Gourmet turkey meatloaf that Ruth Reichl recommended in one of her newsletters. It was good, but … Ina Garten's, which I made last night, is even better. I think the key was a lot of Worstershire sauce, which is something I hardly ever think to use. That and the Tribal Moose cranberry ketchup that went on top.

In fact, I'm going down to have some leftovers now. We'll be eating those for awhile because the recipe calls for 5 lbs. of turkey. Seriously. It should get us through the snowstorm — and then some.
