If you don’t know the wacky Graham Kerr from his days on "The Galloping Gourmet," the lighthearted CBC cooking show that aired in the 1960s, now’s the time to get acquainted — because these days Kerr has dumped the small screen for the even smaller computer screen, with online cooking videos. On the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center’s website, Kerr has created a slew of tutorials to help home cooks enjoy healthy eating. The video demos span a wide range, and are listed alphabetically by ingredient, ranging from apples to zucchinis. To partake of Kerr’s charm and knowledge, simply click on whichever ingredient and recipe catches your interest — say, the Veggies Are My Heroes listing. Watch it, then duplicate it at home.
