Baked Tilapia

Introduction
Easy & quick for any busy night. (Also works for boneless chicken breast)
Ingredients
- Tilapia
- Store bought pesto (I love the one carried by BJ's- I do not dilute it)
- Chopped Tomato (a can of diced tomatoes is fine if fresh is not available)
- fresh basil (optional)
- splash of white wine (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400*
- Spray your baking dish with cooking spray
- Brush the dish with Pesto
- Place tilapia in pan (or boneless chicken) -brush the top with more pesto
- Cover with some diced tomato - if fresh basil available- sprinkle some on top
- You can put a splash of white wine over (not necessary - but optional)
- Bake at 400* for 15 minutes (Tipalia) an extra 5-10 minutes for chicken (depends on thickness)
