Plum Gazpacho

Introduction
Refreshing in shades of purple and red! Love in the form of light and floral essences! The journey began at a carnival!
Ingredients
- 6 plums
- 8 radishes
- ½ red onion
- 3 Tbsp. rose syrup
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- ½ Tbsp. white pepper
Steps
- Dice 2 plums. Hold on side.
- Blend the rest of the ingredients.
- Fold in diced plums.
- Serve chilled.
- Smile
