Plum Gazpacho

Introduction

Refreshing in shades of purple and red! Love in the form of light and floral essences! The journey began at a carnival!

Ingredients

  1. 6 plums
  2. 8 radishes
  3. ½ red onion
  4. 3 Tbsp. rose syrup
  5. 1 tsp. kosher salt
  6. ½ Tbsp. white pepper

Steps

  1. Dice 2 plums. Hold on side.
  2. Blend the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Fold in diced plums.
  4. Serve chilled.
  5. Smile
