Nanny's Frosting

Introduction
for my niece Katie-
This is a double batch - enough to frost two eight inch layers with enough for piping at the base and top
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter (softened)
- 1⅓ cups Herseys cocoa (powder/sifted)
- 6 cups confectioners sugar (sifted)
- ⅔ cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. fresh brewed coffee
- 2 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
Steps
- In Mixer- cream the butter
- Add the sifted cocoa & confectioners sugar alternating with the liquids
