Sweet Potato Yeast Bread

Introduction

This easy sweet potato yeast bread is mixed and baked in the b read machine. A few spices and some vanilla flavor this bread. Use mashed canned (rinsed) or fresh cooked sweet potatoes in this recipe.

Ingredients

1. ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons water
2. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
3. 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
4. 4 cups bread flour
5. ¼ tsp. each ground nutmeg and cinnamon
6. 2 Tbsp. butter
7. ⅓ cup dark brown sugar
8. 1½ tsp. salt
9. 2 tsp. active dry yeast
10. 2 Tbsp. dry milk
