Satisfied my Taiwanese Food Cravings

While in San Jose this past week, I ate some of my favorite Taiwanese foods that I can't find in Colorado: stinky fried tofu (soaked in a brine that smells like a cross between dirty socks and sewage but taste GREAT), fried tendon, braised tripe, thousand year eggs (the black egg sitting atop the tofu).  This might gross some of you out, but I was in heaven.
