Roasted Grapes

Autumn muscadine harvest brings abundance of locally grown grapes for delicious recipes.


  1. grapes, cut in half, deseeded
  2. Italian dressing
  3. fresh thyme


  1. Wash grapes.
  2. Place on cutting board, slice in half.
  3. Remove seeds leaving pulp.
  4. Place grapes on baking pan.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian Dressing.
  6. Roast at 375 for approximately 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and serve on crostini with goat cheese and fresh thyme.
