Autumn muscadine harvest brings abundance of locally grown grapes for delicious recipes.
- grapes, cut in half, deseeded
- Italian dressing
- fresh thyme
- Wash grapes.
- Place on cutting board, slice in half.
- Remove seeds leaving pulp.
- Place grapes on baking pan.
- Sprinkle with Italian Dressing.
- Roast at 375 for approximately 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve on crostini with goat cheese and fresh thyme.
