Maple Soy Glazed Salmon

- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup soy sauce or tamari
- Mix minced garlic, ginger, and about equal parts soy and maple syrup-to taste.
- Marinate fish for 30-60 minutes.
- Pour marinade into small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until slightly thickened.
- Bake or grill fish to desired, glazing with marinade about every 10 minutes.
