Maple Soy Glazed Salmon

  1. Salmon
  2. 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  3. 1 to 2 Tbsp. minced ginger
  4. 1 cup maple syrup
  5. 1 cup soy sauce or tamari


  1. Mix minced garlic, ginger, and about equal parts soy and maple syrup-to taste.
  2. Marinate fish for 30-60 minutes.
  3. Pour marinade into small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until slightly thickened.
  4. Bake or grill fish to desired, glazing with marinade about every 10 minutes.
