Tahini Sauce

This is so. good. I love it on vegetables (roasted cauliflower).


  1. 1 garlic clove
  2. ½ tsp. salt
  3. 1 cup tahini
  4. juice of 2 lemons
  5. water


  1. In a mortar & pestle, mash the garlic to a paste (or mash into a pulp with knife). Transfer to a bowl and stir in the tahini. Add the lemon juice and salt. Slowly add 1-2 cups of water until a smooth sauce forms. Season to taste.
