This is so. good. I love it on vegetables (roasted cauliflower).
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup tahini
- juice of 2 lemons
- In a mortar & pestle, mash the garlic to a paste (or mash into a pulp with knife). Transfer to a bowl and stir in the tahini. Add the lemon juice and salt. Slowly add 1-2 cups of water until a smooth sauce forms. Season to taste.
