A hopeful menu

(article, Liz Crain)

Today marks the last chance to participate in the fourth annual Menu for Hope, founded by and hosted yet again by popular food blogger Chez Pim along with a slew of food bloggers from around the world.

Last year the Menu for Hope raised nearly $61,000 for the UN World Food Programme. This year, for every $100 donated to the UN World Food Programme, approximately $87 will go directly to the school children and farmers involved in a school-lunch program in Lesotho, Africa.

For every $10 you donate, you'll receive a virtual raffle ticket toward a prize of your choice; prizes include dinner for four at New York City's Union Square Café and a gastronomic tour of Barcelona. To donate, go here and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
