Avocado Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1½ TB lemon juice
  2. 1½ TB balsamic vinegar
  3. 2 TB olive oil
  4. ¾ tsp. salt
  5. ½ tsp. red chile flakes
  6. ¼ tsp. black pepper
  7. ½ tsp. oregano
  8. ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (I used frozen)
  9. ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  10. up to one avocado

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients except avocado together. Cut avocado into chunks, and mix in, mashing slightly to taste.
