Avocado Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
- 1½ TB lemon juice
- 1½ TB balsamic vinegar
- 2 TB olive oil
- ¾ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. red chile flakes
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. oregano
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (I used frozen)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- up to one avocado
Steps
- Mix all ingredients except avocado together. Cut avocado into chunks, and mix in, mashing slightly to taste.
