- 1 bunch kale
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
- Today's additions: tamari & nutritional yeast
- Wash and blot dry the kale with a towel. De-stem it and chop into rough pieces and put in a bowl. Mix together the garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and tamari, then pour over the kale and toss. Spread on parchment-lined sheet. I sprinkled with nutritional yeast before baking. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
