Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  1. 1 can chickpeas
  2. spices - tonight I used dried rosemary
  3. Garlic
  4. Olive oil, salt, pepper

Steps

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, and then blot dry with a towel. Mix with a bunch of rosemary (dried is fine), chopped garlic, splash olive oil, salt, pepper. Spread in parchment-lined pan and put in oven. Cook about 30 minutes.  (You can roast any beans this way, apparently; this was my first try and they were great! You could modify the spices to create any flavor, too.)
