Twentieth Century
(recipe, Jacob Grier)
Introduction
Gin and chocolate may seem like an odd combination, but it works. The drink begins as a classic sour and ends with a lingering, subtle cacao flavor. It’s unusual yet delicious.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz. gin
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- ¾ oz. Lillet Blanc
- ½ oz. crème de cacao
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Steps
- Shake the gin, lemon juice, Lillet Blanc, and crème de cacao with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
