h4(cleft). Buffalo

[%image buffalo float=left width=150] In a state with a town named Bison, it makes sense that ranchers are hawking the products of the range — in other words, buffalo meat. Lazy RRse Buffalo Ranch sells this leaner-than-beef red meat in a variety of forms (ground, steak, chuck, jerky, etc.). Its animals (which are never given hormones) are fed entirely on prairie grass, the stuff bison evolved to live on in the first place.
