[%image vinegars float=left width=150] Small batch at Cheshire Gardens means eight jars of mustard made at a time, and vinegar bottle-by-bottle. Fresh ingredients —  berries, fruit, herbs — are grown on site, organically, then transformed into preserves, sauces, farmhouse mustards, and fetching "Garden in a Bottle" vinegars.
