Luisa at The Wednesday Chef took the reigns today, with a memorable account of trying hard — and struggling — to eat gluten-free for just one day. As she went from meal to meal throughout her day, Luisa realized just how prevalent gluten is in our diet — and how vigilant she had to be to avoid it.
