Green Chile Sour Cream
(recipe, Marlayna Perkins)
Great on mexican pizza, in or smothering burritos, tacos, or any mexican specialty.
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- Sautee each of the above ingredients in a small frying pan. Let it simmer. Meanwhile add:
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Green Chiles diced or nearly ½ C. or more as desired
- Combine both mixtures in frying pan stir until well combined.
