  1. 2 large avocadoes
  2. 3 garlic cloves, roasted
  3. Juice of 1 fresh lime
  4. Handful of fresh cilantro
  5. Dash of salt
  6. Dash of pepper
  7. Two shakes of adobo seasoning
  8. Diced tomatoes (optional)
  9. Tortilla chips, for serving


  1. Process the garlic, cilantro, and lime in a food processor.
  2. Mash the avocadoes with a fork in a medium bowl, gradually mixing in the garlic mixture, salt, papper, and adobo seasoning.
  3. Garnish with diced tomatoes, if you like, or more cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
