Guacamole

Ingredients
- 2 large avocadoes
- 3 garlic cloves, roasted
- Juice of 1 fresh lime
- Handful of fresh cilantro
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- Two shakes of adobo seasoning
- Diced tomatoes (optional)
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Steps
- Process the garlic, cilantro, and lime in a food processor.
- Mash the avocadoes with a fork in a medium bowl, gradually mixing in the garlic mixture, salt, papper, and adobo seasoning.
- Garnish with diced tomatoes, if you like, or more cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
