Poultry Rub

Introduction
Best with chicken, turkey, and even pork.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. dark-brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. coarse salt
- 1 Tbsp. rubbed dried sage
- 1 Tbsp. dried thyme leaves
- 2 tsp. dried marjoram
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed)
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. grated nutmeg
Steps
- Mix everything together. Store in a tightly closed container for up to 1 month.
