Poultry Rub

Introduction

Best with chicken, turkey, and even pork.

Ingredients

  1. 2 Tbsp. dark-brown sugar
  2. 2 Tbsp. coarse salt
  3. 1 Tbsp. rubbed dried sage
  4. 1 Tbsp. dried thyme leaves
  5. 2 tsp. dried marjoram
  6. 2 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed)
  7. 2 tsp. garlic powder
  8. 1 tsp. ground ginger
  9. 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  10. 1 tsp. paprika
  11. ½ tsp. grated nutmeg

Steps

  1. Mix everything together. Store in a tightly closed container for up to 1 month.
