  1. 6 oz. lite firm silken tofu (½ pkg. of Mori-Nu)
  2. ¼ cup water
  3. 1½ Tbsp. cider vinegar
  4. 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  5. 2 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  6. ½ tsp. salt
  7. ¼ tsp. sesame oil
  8. 1 Tbsp. tahini
  9. 2 green onions, white parts removed, chopped
  10. 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, packed
  11. 1 large clove garlic
