This is a perfectly balanced drink, complex but still very appealing to imbibers who may not be into the bitter notes of gin and quinine.


  1. ¾ oz. Lillet Blanc
  2. ¾ oz. gin
  3. ¾ oz. Cointreau
  4. ¾ oz. lemon juice
  5. Dash of absinthe


  1. Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
