Launch your very own Roman holiday with this bitter tonic. This renowned Italian aperitif will have you racing past the paparazzi on your Vespa.
- Cocktail ice cubes for chilling and shaking
- 1 oz. gin
- 1 oz. Campari
- 1 oz. sweet vermouth
- 1 orange twist for garnish
- Fill a 5-ounce martini glass with ice and set aside to chill. Fill a tempered pint glass with ice and add the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Cap the glass with a stainless-steel cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Empty the ice from the martini glass. Strain the drink into a chilled glass. Garnish with the orange twist and serve immediately.
