Introduction

Launch your very own Roman holiday with this bitter tonic. This renowned Italian aperitif will have you racing past the paparazzi on your Vespa.

Ingredients

  1. Cocktail ice cubes for chilling and shaking
  2. 1 oz. gin
  3. 1 oz. Campari
  4. 1 oz. sweet vermouth
  5. 1 orange twist for garnish

Steps

  1. Fill a 5-ounce martini glass with ice and set aside to chill. Fill a tempered pint glass with ice and add the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Cap the glass with a stainless-steel cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Empty the ice from the martini glass. Strain the drink into a chilled glass. Garnish with the orange twist and serve immediately.
