Cranberry Horseradish Chutney

(recipe, Katie Hickey)

Mike discovered this recipe on NPR. It is gross-looking but awesome-tasting.

  1. 2 cups cranberries
  2. 1 small onion
  3. ¾ cup sour cream
  4. ½ cup sugar
  5. 2 Tbsp. horseradish

  1. In food processor, process cranberries and onions together to get a chunky grind (do not puree)
  2. Mix together with all other ingredients with a spatula. Put in a plastic container and freeze (if possible). The day you are serving, take it out in the morning to thaw. It should still have little bits of ice.
