Cranberry Horseradish Chutney
(recipe, Katie Hickey)
Mike discovered this recipe on NPR. It is gross-looking but awesome-tasting.
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 small onion
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- In food processor, process cranberries and onions together to get a chunky grind (do not puree)
- Mix together with all other ingredients with a spatula. Put in a plastic container and freeze (if possible). The day you are serving, take it out in the morning to thaw. It should still have little bits of ice.
