Kale Chips

Called 'green cheese' by Catherine Jarrett, this is a favorite of Mom's as a healthy alternative. Serve warm and crispy out of the oven.


  1. Kale, torn into bite size chip pieces
  2. Parmesan Cheese
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Wash kale well and tear into bite size chip pieces.
  2. Rub and coat kale pieces in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and parmesan cheese.
  4. Place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake in 200 degree oven on one side until they just begin to brown.
  6. Turn each chip over and bake again until crispy and just turning brown.
  7. Serve warm and crispy.
