The morning routine can be not only bad for your wallet but also bad for your health. Instead of rushing out the door with a bagel in your mouth and a beeline toward your local coffee drive-thru, why not try something simple, good for your body, satisfies your hunger till lunch and is by far easier on your wallet. Making a Parfait is very simple to assemble, can be made the night before and uses any flavor of yogurt, some granola and any fruit you choose. Here is a simple recipe; Breakfast Parfait 1 cup organic Vanilla yogurt 1 cup your favorite granola 1 cup blackberries, blueberries, strawberries or combination to make 1 cup. 1. Layer a quarter cup of yogurt in a two decorative glasses 2. Next, layer a quarter cup of the fruit 3. Repeat until you have a layer of fruit on top. 4. Enjoy!
