Granita di Caffe

  1. Coffee Concentrate
  2. Simple Syrup


  1. Just mix eight cups of coffee concentrate with two to four cups of simple syrup (one part sugar dissolved in one part water warmed over low heat). Then chill as you would any granita by freezing in a clean ceramic or metal baking dish, being sure to scrape it with a fork every 20 minutes so that crunchy crystals form.
