Over at the Eating Well_ magazine website, Rachel Johnson looked recently at five foods purported to help with common ailments, including cranberry juice for urinary-tract infections, ginger for nausea, and yogurt for yeast infections. Do they work — and is there science to back up the claims? Yes — mostly. Writes Johnson:
