Cucumber Avocado Soup

Introduction

Best served the day it's made. If you have no buttermilk, you can substitute kefir.

Ingredients

  1. 2 Cucumbers
  2. 1½ avocado
  3. ⅔ cup yogurt
  4. ⅔ cup buttermilk

  6. ⅔ Tbsp. sugar
  7. ⅓ Tbsp. salt
  8. Fresh dill, to taste

Steps

  1. Blend everything in a blender. Season with more salt, vinegar, sugar, dill or lemon juice to taste. Chill and serve.
