Tahini Salad Dressing

Introduction
My mom made this dressing when I was a kid. My two younger brothers and I called this dressing "the good one" and enjoyed it over green salads that included grated carrots and sliced cucumbers.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup tahini paste
- ⅓ cup oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. apple-cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. rice-wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- Juice from 1 orange
- 1 clove of garlic, minced or pressed
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- ½ tsp. dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in blender jar. Blend until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to use. Shake before using.
