Tahini Salad Dressing

My mom made this dressing when I was a kid. My two younger brothers and I called this dressing "the good one" and enjoyed it over green salads that included grated carrots and sliced cucumbers.


  1. ⅓ cup tahini paste
  2. ⅓ cup oil
  3. 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  4. 1 Tbsp. apple-cider vinegar
  5. 1 Tbsp. rice-wine vinegar
  6. 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  7. Juice from 1 orange
  8. 1 clove of garlic, minced or pressed
  9. ½ tsp. dried oregano
  10. ½ tsp. dried basil
  11. Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender jar. Blend until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Keep refrigerated until ready to use. Shake before using.
