Feta Salad Dressing

This creamy dressing can be served with a green salad or as a dip for crudités. You can substitute low-fat versions of the sour cream and mayonnaise without changing the flavor significantly.


  1. ½ cup buttermilk
  2. ½ cup sour cream
  3. ¼ cup mayonnaise
  4. 1 Tbsp. red-wine vinegar
  5. 1 garlic clove, pressed or minced.
  6. 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill (or ½ tsp. dried)
  7. 5 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
  8. Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients except feta cheese and mix or blend until thoroughly combined. Stir in crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let stand at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors blend.
