Mexi Fiesta Raw Soup

Ingredients

  1. * 2 tomatoes, chopped
  2. * 2 large red bell peppers, chopped
  3. * ¼ cup sundried tomatoes, packed
  4. * ¼ cup fresh cilantro, packed
  5. * 2 stalks celery, chopped
  6. * 1 tbsp jalapeno
  7. * ¾ cup water
  8. * 1 tbsp lime juice
  9. * 1 tbsp olive oil
  10. * 1 tsp seasalt
  11. * ¾ tsp cumin
  12. * ½ tsp chili powder
  13. * ¼ tsp paprika
  14. * 1 clove garlic (cut in half and take out vein)
  15. * dash of cayenne (opt)

Steps

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or even consistency. You can put your bowls in your dehydrator (optional) for a few hours to warm up before you top with your favorite toppings. Optional toppings include: tomato, avocado, onion, corn, shredded cabbage, dash of oregano, sprouts
