Bacon and Egg Biscuit Sandwich

Introduction

This is one of my son's favorite breakfasts, which I came up with to combat his infatuation with Egg McMuffins. Though he's right that it's best with freshly baked biscuits, reheated leftover biscuits make a perfectly acceptable substitute.

Ingredients

  1. 1 warm or reheated Yogurt Biscuit
  2. 1 egg, cooked over-medium
  3. 2 slices cooked bacon

Steps

  1. Split open the biscuit. Top with fried egg and bacon slices.
  2. Eat while warm with a glass of orange juice or a cup of strong, hot coffee.
