Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients
- * 1 head cauliflower, broken into small pieces, about 6 c
- * ¼ cup avocado, cubed
- * 2 tablespoons miso, any unpasteurized color
- * 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- * ¼ cup lemon juice
- * 2 tablespoons olive oil
- * 2 teaspoons thyme or sage, dry
- Mushroom Gravy:
- * ⅓ cup olive oil
- * ¾ cup mushrooms,
- * ⅓ cup water
- * 1½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- * ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
- * ½ teaspoon sea salt
Steps
- Place all ingredients for cauliflower mash in processor and blend.
- Do the same for the mushroom gravy.
