Green Guacamole

  1. ½ avocado
  2. Leftover veggie juice pulp (I prefer the greener pulp here, but carrots would make for a sweeter, and tasty, version
  3. lemon juice
  4. salt


  1. Mash the avocado. Throw in veggie pulp.
  2. Add a generous squeeze of lemon, salt, and mash.
