Raw broccoli salad with raw cashew dressing

  1. Broccoli Salad
  2. 5 cups shredded broccoli
  3. ½ to 1 cup red onion
  4. 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  5. ½ cup raisins
  6. Dressing
  7. 1 cup raw cashews
  8. 3 Tbsp. raw agave nectar
  9. 2 Tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar
  10. ¼ t sea salt
  11. ¼ cup water


  1. Blend the dressing in a *blender (you may want to soak the cashews in water for an hour just to soften them up if your blender is not high speed to make it easier to blend or you can try first in the food processor then the blender). Pour over the broccoli mix and mix well with your hands to really coat it. Enjoy!
