Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients

  1. 2 large tomatoes
  2. 1 handful of basil
  3. 1 avocado
  4. ΒΌ cup of onions
  5. 1 tsp. sea salt (more or less to taste)

Steps

  1. Directions: Combine ingredients into the vitamixer and blend at a low setting. I like my veggies to still be a bit chunky. Garnish with some diced tomatoes.
  2. *Another option is you can leave out the avocado if you want a low fat version. It will still taste refreshing and just won't be so creamy! Good luck!
