Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 handful of basil
- 1 avocado
- ΒΌ cup of onions
- 1 tsp. sea salt (more or less to taste)
Steps
- Directions: Combine ingredients into the vitamixer and blend at a low setting. I like my veggies to still be a bit chunky. Garnish with some diced tomatoes.
- *Another option is you can leave out the avocado if you want a low fat version. It will still taste refreshing and just won't be so creamy! Good luck!
