Green Bean Casserole

  1. 2 cups of green beans
  2. 1 cup of grounded almond pulp
  3. 2 cups of thinly sliced mushrooms
  4. ½ cup of onions
  5. 1 cup of green onions
  6. Casserole Sauce
  7. 1½ cups of cashews
  8. ¼ cup of water
  9. ¼ cup of lemon juice
  10. 3 dates
  11. ⅛ cup of onions
  12. ½ tsp. mustard powder
  13. 1 tsp. of sea salt


  1. Slice up the green beans in half ( they should be very thin) and place them in a casserole dish. Add the thinly sliced mushrooms and onions. Next add the casserole sauce that has been blended unti a smooth consistancy in the vitamixer. Top the casserole with the grounded almonds and then garnish it with the green onions. Now bring it to your hoiday gathering and watch as people devour it. I just had a little leftover to eat today!
