Barley Pudding

Ingredients

  1. * 2 cups barley
  2. * 2 teaspoons salt
  3. * 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  4. * 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  5. * ½ teaspoon coriander
  6. * 10 cups water
  7. * 1½ cups raisins
  8. * 2 cups chopped dried fruit (whatever you feel like, some ideas are apples, apricots, prunes)
  9. * ⅓-⅔ cup honey, depending on the sweetness desired

Steps

  1. Place ingredients in crock pot.
  2. Turn crock pot to low and cook overnight.
