Barley Pudding

Ingredients
- * 2 cups barley
- * 2 teaspoons salt
- * 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- * 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- * ½ teaspoon coriander
- * 10 cups water
- * 1½ cups raisins
- * 2 cups chopped dried fruit (whatever you feel like, some ideas are apples, apricots, prunes)
- * ⅓-⅔ cup honey, depending on the sweetness desired
Steps
- Place ingredients in crock pot.
- Turn crock pot to low and cook overnight.
